Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work closely with warehouse and drivers for shipment of products to customers
- Maintain good relations with vendor and distributors
- Preparing and issuing of Invoices/Packing List/Delivery Order
- Check & Verify Daily Invoice Accuracy
- Providing administrative support to other departments or project as needed.
- Directing, reviewing and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity and efficiency to reduce cost.
- Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment
- In addition, you shall be responsible for discharging the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience
