Grilled Argentina Toothfish Steak

Ingredients

  • 500g Emerald Argentina Toothfish Steak
  • 1 Lemon Slice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cilantro

Method

  1. Remove garlic skin and chop into fine pieces. Chop the cilantro finely as well. Put cilantro, garlic and butter into a small pan and squeeze the lemon slice over it, making sure no seeds enter the mixture. Then heat it gently until the butter melts.

  3. Place the toothfish on the grill and cook for 6 minutes or until the side on the grill is fully cooked. Then turn the fish around and cook the other side for 6 minutes or more until the fish is fully cooked.
  4. Place the fish on a plate, drizzle olive oil over it and serve.
